Every time I come to visit my loved one is just sitting in her room. Whenever I go visit I have a hard time finding any staff to get any information. There has been some miscommunication with staff and they are very organized at all. When I looked at the facility at first, I really liked it because there is a great bit field in the back but my loved one has not been able to use it once and that was the main reason we sent her there. The staff try to tell me that my loved ones dog is using the bathroom inside but we know for a fact that that is not true.
